Anxiety resources - for adults and children

Whether you're new to your journey of your anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) or whether it is something you’ve experienced for years, we’ve provided a list of resources that we found useful in our own journey.

We try our best to update this page regularly to ensure the resources and information is helpful for you to:

  • understand and recognise what you may be going through
  • learn ways to self-manage safer and healthier coping strategies once you recognise it
  • access professional supports if you feel that you need to including therapy links and resources

Please contact us and let us know what you'd like to see on this resource page at info@subtlyanxious.com.au

Our blog has more about our journey. We have also started developing and sourcing free resources to assist our little ones while in education settings:
