HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

Orders over $120AU will receive free express shipping (Australia only) or free standard shipping (New Zealand. USA, Europe and Canada). 

Our jewellery is shipped from Brisbane, Queensland and we provide free standard shipping Australia - no minimum purchase. 

For international postage (outside of Australia) including to New Zealand, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Canada, Asia and Europe, we ship with a small charge from $10AU (free if your order is over $120AU). 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

We are based in Brisbane, Australia and dispatch orders from the same day up to the following business day with Australia Post. 

Standard estimate shipping time is 3-6 business days, however if you would like the product sooner, we offer express postage for $10. 

Some locations do not guarantee the 48 hour express post timeframes however, we will advise you if this is the case.

Dispatch

We are based on Brisbane and dispatch orders from same day up to the following business day via Australia Post.

We will email you with a tracking number once dispatched. 

Once dispatched, we are not responsible for carriage while in the care of Australia Post. However, we can make inquiries on behalf of the customer, if there is an issue with delivery. 


What if I order on a Saturday? 

If you order before 10am (Australian time) on Saturday, we will aim to dispatch on the same day. However, if it is after 10am, we will dispatch on the following Monday as Australia Post does not trade on Sundays.
