FAQs
WHAT ARE THE RINGS MADE OF?
All of our jewellery is 18k gold, white gold and rose gold plated on premium s925 sterling silver base metal. They are free of copper, nickel and chromium.
We also have solid 925 sterling silver abacus fidget rings due to popular demand.
Always check what materials jewellery is made from when purchasing online. If they say “hypoallergenic” but do not specify what base metal it is, you can be certain it’s not 925 sterling silver.
All of our rings are stamped with the trademark s925 symbol to confirm that our rings are 925 sterling silver.
I JUST ORDERED. WHAT DOES MY ANXIETY RING COME WITH?
Each of our anxiety rings and fidget rings come with a white luxury cotton pouch, jewellery care instructions, a special message card and a beautifully ribboned gift box.
WILL MY SKIN REACT TO THE ANXIETY RING?
No. This is how Subtly Anxious came to life - there were so many cheap anxiety rings on the market with cheap metals and no high-quality sterling silver rings.
We are the only Australian brand that sells only 925 sterling silver anxiety rings and fidget rings as their base metals. This means they’re hypoallergenic and do not cause skin reactions such as green fingers, commonly caused by jewellery made of copper or nickel jewellery.
They are free from tarnish if stored and cared for appropriately as per our sterling silver care instructions. If your sterling silver starts to oxidise, ensure you gently wipe it with our jewellery polishing cloth and it will be sparkly and shiny again.
I HAVE LARGE (OR SMALL) FINGERS. WILL THE RINGS FIT ME?
We don’t have a sizing guide as all of our rings are self-adjustable in size and will fit sizes 5 - 10 fingers. Our fidget rings are a popular gift for children and teenagers, and have been worn at school without an issue. Our spinner anxiety rings are a popular choice for adults and kids.
DO YOU HAVE ANXIETY RINGS FOR CHILDREN?
We have one style of kids’ size fidget rings available.
However our anxiety rings and fidget rings are fully adjustable and will fit very small fingers. You don’t need to measure your ring size. They have even adjusted to fit our 3 year old toddler who loves spinning the anxiety rings when he is over stimulated.
However, we do not recommend giving to children under 5 without supervision. Small parts if broken off may be a choking hazard like any jewellery or small toy.
