$9.95. That’s it. It was $14.95 — now just $9.95. At this price, most people grab two.
Roll it up and down your fingers when the urge to pick, bite, or scratch hits. The gentle spikes give your nervous system exactly what it’s asking for — pressure, sensation, something to focus on — without the damage.
Perfect for adults who bite their nails at their desk.
For kids who pick at their skin or pinch.
For anyone whose hands need somewhere to go.
Spiky sensory rings (also called pain stims) are small, portable tools that create a significant difference in calming restless hands. When kids roll the ring up and down their fingers, the gentle spikes deliver “just-right” touch and pressure. This tactile feedback helps the brain organise sensations, allowing the body to settle naturally. The result is quieter hands, steadier attention, fewer chewed shirts, less nail picking, and reduced skin picking.
How Sensory Fidget Rings Work
- Principle: Acupressure rings apply gentle pressure to acupoints on the fingers. These points are believed to connect with different parts of the body.
- Benefits: This targeted stimulation helps relieve tension, reduce mental distractions, and promotes a calming sense of well-being.
- Mechanism: The principle is similar to acupuncture but without penetrating the skin. It uses gentle spikes to trigger soothing sensory responses.
- Material: Our rings are made of stainless steel wire. This makes them durable, easy to maintain, and waterproof.
- Usage: The rings are designed to be rolled up and down fingers. Use in short bursts of 30–60 seconds at a time. Roll up and down the finger, then remove. This is how acupressure works best — brief, focused pressure rather than continuous wear.
How to Introduce Sensory Fidget Rings to Your Child
- Let your child pick their favorite colour or texture to encourage ownership and engagement.
- Demonstrate how to roll the ring along the fingers while pairing the motion with a steady, simple breath: “Roll-2-3, Breathe-2-3.”
- Set clear cues like: “When your fingers want to pick, reach for your ring.”
- Start with short periods, such as 3–5 minutes during homework, reading, or transitions. Gradually increase as comfort grows.
- Keep two rings on hand, rotating textures to prevent boredom and maintain interest
Safety Notes
Supervise children under age 3 or those with strong mouthing habits when using sensory fidget rings. This helps to ensure safe use and prevent any choking risks.

The 925 sterling silver fidget rings are not made of cheap metals so you don’t need to worry about your fingers turning green or having skin reactions.
Sterling silver does not tarnish and is water resistant. All metals oxidise, when this happens, simply rub with a jewellery polishing cloth and it will be sparkle like new.
The sterling silver base means its strength will make it sturdier, less bendable which means it will last much longer than a cheaper base material such as copper, brass or surgical stainless steel.
We quality check each of our rings before shipping from Brisbane, Queensland.

The best $10 I’ve spent - I use these rings whenever I have the urge to bite my nails and have not bitten my nails for months now. Thank you 🤩 I will be getting these as presents for my fellow nail biting friends
My daughter had been pinching me and I thought it was just related to her age until it was suggested that it may be something she did to regulate herself or as a sensory seeking behaviour. I got her a spiky fidget ring and she really enjoys fidgeting with it. I love the quality but also love that it's affordable enough for me not to need to fuss too much for her to have it. Was definitely worth a try and would recommend.
This is my third order, I had initially gotten these for my 5 year old ADHDer when he gets anxious and picks at his skin, but I love these rings too, it was so nice that they gave me a free one with my order. I have ordered another set for myself.
